I was a little skeptical of purchasing it because there were no available images of the inside, but after it arrived, I had not regrets. Forty names, addresses, emails, and home, work, and cell numbers can be logged for each alphabet; however, several letters share a section--I/J, P/Q, U/V, W/X, and Y/Z. I wish the lines were darker and the space for addresses was larger to accommodate international addresses. If you like cute and simple, you'll love this book.We have Amazon Prime, so I expected the item to arrive in 2 days. I ordered on a Wednesday morning, and the item did not arrive until Tuesday. Monday was MLK Day, which explains why it was not delivered then, but the item should have arrived Friday/Saturday. I was not too satisfied with Amazon Prime shipping for this order. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy Cover! *by P***1 on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2020* I needed to replace my 25 year old address book and this was almost perfect! The outside cover is sort of cushiony and actually more sturdy than my old one. I almost took off a star for it missing a section to track Christmas cards but since I knew that beforehand, I just made my own in excel and printed it out on card stock. It took a couple of practice prints to get it right but will work great. I wish the paper were thicker like card stock but it’s more like regular printer paper thin. Otherwise a great buy and would make a nice gift. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceeded my high expectations! *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2021* Number one, it is simply beautiful--I got the "Nature's Journal" illustration design and I swear if it wasn't an address book I could frame it! Very sturdy. A separate letter tab for all but "W,X"--and "Y,Z". Separation dividers are super lovely with a nature illustration on each one--sort of a cream color on the inserts and even a light cream on the address pages. Forty names and addresses in each section (more than enough!)-- Five on each side of four pages per section. Three lines for name and address, Then room for Home/Work and Cell numbers, also room for E-mail address and a final "blank" line in each box on each page. No Y/N section for receiving cards like all of the old ones used to have...not a loss for me. THEN in the back is one page per month for "Special Dates"--a really nice feature. STILL another section in back of adhesive labels (20 of them) to place over one of the boxes on any page where you may have made an error, or your contact has moved or whatever. FINALLY, the last part of book is three pages of six slots each (3 in front and 3 in back) for business cards! This is Lang's model # 1013165 fo ryour reference. Hint: I went to Staples and purchased erasable pens exclusively for use in this book--- My last book was years old but had so many cross outs, white outs, etcetera I figured erasable pens would work great--and they do! Am I raving? Yes! One note: This is a bit larger than the "older" Address Books...refill sheets are available for purchase or (like me) you can stop at your library and make copies and use a single hole punch at home to match the three ring binder design!
