We were easily able to make the milk, tomato, and leafy green (we used frozen spinach) dough. My daughters skipped to the advanced techniques of "painting pasta with pasta" and we ended up with some interesting, yet tasty designs. I have been making pasta off and on for a few years now and I was amazed at how helpful the book was. I learned many techniques that have improved my pasta making (and explain some of my previous failures) and because of the rainbow colors - everyone is so excited to participate, clean up, and eat pasta!
