If it was any larger I'd curl up inside it on a cold night. It is a luxury product and will keep your laptop well protected even if it gets run over by a tram (Don't try that at home kids!). It has plenty of room for my Dell XPS 13, and yet it slips easily into the laptop pocket of my rucksack. The small pouch that comes with it contains the shoulder strap; I shan't use that so maybe my mouse or cable will go into that pouch. Looks very sturdy and was delivered on time.
