Cherry pineapple bariatric soft chew vitamins. I’m recommended to take 2 per day. Sometimes I forget. They are vitamins that look like a now and later candy. Taste kinda similar too, but don’t rip your fillings out. They do the trick. You will need a separate calcium CITRATE pill though.
