There is no assembly required, very sturdy no wobble at all. The stools are easy to clean and do not scratch the floor, 30” inch is the perfect height for adults at a high top table. We also have the 24” high stools which are better for our kids.We are going to get more of the 30" size for our garage shop workbench. The cut-out in the top of each stool makes them very easy to move around. The rubber feet do keep our wood floor nice, no scratches. The gray color matches my gray themed kitchen very nicely.
