The mounth piece was clean, and pristine in condition and finish and the mouth piece reciever tube was smooth and true.The only issue that has come up is that the horn bell had 3 small dents in it that looked to have come from manufacturing. The case was solid and protective as well as the packing material used to ship it. I was able to hand massage the dents and ripples to minimize the appearance, but the material used is too thin to hold the corrections without heat and tooling.The sound and operation is not affected by the dents so it is not a concern.Overall we got a decent horn for a good price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect! *by C***L on May 30, 2011* After having trouble with a trombone rental company, I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase one for my son.
