Review: An excellent well made locking hitch pin set - I was going to give this item fewer stars because of a small defect in the delivered item. There was a burr on the key that prevented it from being inserted more than half way. I removed the burr with a small file and the lock works perfectly... turns easily and is very smooth. I like the all brass barrel and pins and consider they will last longer than cheap locks. The main reason I elevated this back to 5 stars is that the Customer Service was the best I have ever encountered. They immediately offered an exchange or a full refund and followed up with me until I was satisfied. With the burr removed the lock is perfect and I elected to keep it and still the Customer Service indicated that they contacted their QC department and requested better inspections. I've rarely ever heard of such attention and to me that makes all the difference. The steel and other materials are of top quality and the weather seal over the lock fits well. I have no reservations in recommending this set.

**Q: What is the rating on this pin. it states class v. my hitch is class v and rated at 14,000 so is it good for a 14,000 pound tow weight?**
A: I only have used the trailer hitch lock to attach a small platform on the back of my RV to transport bicycles.

I will say that the product arrived in excellent condition, finish has endured quite well under heavy weather conditions and I am 100% satisfied with it!

**Q: Can I buy 3 of these keyed alike??**
A: Thanks, we got enough inventory, but at this moment, we only have indiviually packed keyed alike hitch pin

**Q: Is X002rhyixf made in a 2 1/2" hitch width?**
A: The hitch is measured from the inside at 2 inches. Nevertheless, the shaft between the lock and the base is 3.5 inches for extra play.

**Q: What size pin is needed for a 2004 Nissan Titan  Crew cab with tow package?**
A: I believe they are the same size it comes with a sleeve to fit it .
