I gave one of the vases to a friend with fresh cut flowers as a birthday gift. It made a beautiful arrangement. However, the next day the vase had leaked and marred her table. This item should be used with a liner if using water.Update...I changed to 4 star because customer service refunded the cost of the vases and shipping without my prompting them to do so. It was past the return date and I emailed to let them know the product had a defect just for their information. ( I have seen other reviews that say the vase does not leak).The next day I received an email stating that they had refunded the cost. That is excellent customer service and was much appreciated. One side came in a little bent. I was able to bend it back but you can still see the crease. It's not a big deal to me because I can hide it but it might be for some people.
