I use them for back and shoulder pain, but they are also great against stomach cramps and the like. This one is nice and large, which is better for the back than the smaller ones, especially with the smaller compartments so that the cherry pits are equally distributed ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Instant relief from a nagging shoulder pain *by R***R on 19 January 2017* Following a dislocated shoulder that was extremely difficult to put back into place - the doctors attending only succeeded on the fourth attempt - I have been left with painful throbbing for the last three months.
