I really enjoy the smooth taste and hint of coconut. It's not a strong coffee which is fine with me. It also doesn't give that acid after effect that some coffee does. Even like it more than my island Coconut. Not that this coffee is heavily coconutty but its flavor is a delight. It's nice to know that you're helping an animal too at the same time enjoying a cup of great coffee. My only issue is the plastic cup is so pliable that I have to sometimes move it around in order to have the bottom puncture through. Make sure the bottom needle goes thru the cup or else you will be straining your coffee of grounds.
