I quit wearing my molded arch support in my shoes and wear these every day now! I'm a photographer so stand on my feet for 6 to 12 hours at. a time and don't get me wrong my feet do you still hurt but at least I have some comfort for the first few hours now with the shoes. Every day life is now bearable with the shoes and my feet don't hurt at all. I will buy another pair of these shoes in probably six months! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and have so many problems finding a comfortable walking shoe *by M***E on December 29, 2014* I have very flat and wide feet (think Fred Flintstone feet), and have so many problems finding a comfortable walking shoe. I've never worn a running shoe, but thought I'd give this one a try and it fit pretty well. The only issue I have is that the heel slides up and down a bit. It's rare for me to find a shoe that doesn't do that, but this style is more tolerable than most. Love the color, and would definitely buy it again in other colors if I could find more available! I have spent hundreds of dollars on shoes, trying to find a pair of shoes that will give my feet the support that they need. After doing a lot of research I came across the New Balance W1340 and read the reviews off of a few different sites. They all had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. They are definitely pricey, but well worth the money. This is the first pair of shoes that I can wear all day long (I'm on my feet a lot during the day!) and then wear to the gym after work! After the gym my feet do hurt a little, but it is a far cry from what it was! I am just thrilled to be able to go to the gym now! This is my first pair of New Balance shoes and I'm in love! I found that they run a little wide. I wear a size 9.5 and have wide feet so I ordered the 9.5 in the wide width. My foot feels like they swim in them! I put in another insole on top of what the shoe came with and it feels much better. Some may frown upon this, but it works for me and I'm happy! Bottom line...
