I love essential oils and liked the overall function of it. I felt it was a bit overpriced at $35, but the olive wood part of it was and still is nicely crafted. However, the cord is cheap but passable but the clasp is extremely cheap (poor quality)and rough, it rubs against my neck and is bothersome. I have been looking at cords with better clasps, but feel I shouldn't have to buy another cord only 2 1/2 months later at what I paid for this item. The clasp is very poor quality and has turned an awful shade of greyish. The pendant whiffer part at first was attractive with a nice gold finish, so I can see why those giving it as a gift would be pleased initially. The problem is within a few weeks it began to turn, and is now in a continuing stage of turning between a gold and silver grey. I don't understand why they have the nice wood part and then put the cap and top holder part of such poor quality metal and then put the whole thing on an extremely poor quality cord, especially the clasp. I would be glad to take pictures of both the clasp and the whiffer pendant to show what I mean.
