I've used it twice already. There are instructions that come with it on the side of the box, but I would recommend watching some YouTube videos and read a few articles about derma rolling if you are new to doing it. Only downside with this is derma roller is that they do not offer replacement heads, so in about a month or so I will have to buy a new one. May or may not buy this one again. Not sure yet.
