No one seems to be** A: Hello，If the code of RF-controller and receiver haven't match and lock, the light strip will be easy to be change modes and colors by other controllers through infrared ray. So, if you haven't return the product yet,we hope you can try the method as below,maybe it's helpful. Lock Code Step 1. Please turn off the power switch,wait 20 seconds for it to completely discharge . Step 2. Press and hold the "START SET" button for several seconds ,then turn on the power in the meanwhile. Step 3. If appear 3-color flash, the code of RF-controller and receiver are match and lock, will not be disturbed, you can set modes as you need. If not, the operation is failed, please repeat again. **Q: Is it Bluetooth** A: No, it is RF (radio Frequency) we have had nothing but trouble getting RF controller to work properly. Lights come on by themselves and change modes without remote.
