It is difficult to find healthy total meal replacement options in the grocery store. This product is expensive to purchase out of pocket. The taste is okay, maybe takes a little getting used to, but it goes down easy if consuming orally. It is kind of thick if you are running it through a feeding pump. Adding a little bit of water to dilute it before running it through helps. It is filling and easy on the stomach.
