It's a big umbrella, it comes from the floor to my hip (I'm 5 feet tall so I am very short). It was bigger than I expected which isn't bad actually, just a nice surprise. The umbrella covering or "fabric" (I don't know what it's called) is a soft plastic sheet or PVC sheet. The only problem I had with it was it had a small tear in it which is kinda bad for an umbrella. Since it was fairly tiny I was able to fix it with clear tape but slightly disappointed with the packaging of it. Review: I love the dome shape for giving you better coverage - This is a very cute umbrella. I love the dome shape for giving you better coverage.
