    Good for on a ladder. Not so good if climbing the tree

This was my first experience using an apron like this. The apron was a gift from my girlfriend.  I put it on and proceeded to pick apples. On my way down the ladder the bottom came open and all the apples tumbled to the ground. I had folded the bottom flap in towards myself. So I tried folding it away from me and it seemed to work okay the next time and stayed closed. I think for extra protection it would be nice to have an additional fastener in the middle. It was very nice to unfasten one side and pour the apples into the bushel without losing one. It sure saves trips up and down the ladder! And no more holding a bucket. The fit is good because everything is adjustable. All in all a pretty good product.

Makes picking go faster even when working from the ground.  Keeps both hands free. It’s a must when working from a ladder.  I bought one last season. Put it away at the end of the season, but who knows where.  I considered enough of a “must” that I bought another one.

    Doesn't fit small people, produce hits legs and bruises

This is made only for a larger, taller person. I am 5'4, slight build. When wearing, the bottom goes past my knees, which makes walking with produce very hard. I wish this had adjustable straps for the front not just for the shoulders, so I could lift the bottom. There aren't a lot of options out there, so I'll probably make some DIY adjustments.
