Erick Simpson is a leading author on the subject of managed services and how to build, sell, market, and manage in an IT practice.  His third book focuses on how to deliver services.Erick walks through the four basic models of service delivery, and then the basic "states" each could be in.  This gives something for everyone, from a break-fix provider to a managed service one.  In particular, the hiring section of this book is dead on.  How to recruit, hire, and screen is a difficult task, and Erick gives you a direct, usable steps to improve your hiring process.A great reference to make decisions about your service delivery, both in how you do it and how you change it.
