When connected, it sometimes has static, sometimes has high frequency popping noises during conversation or when audio is playing and it is loud! People can't hear me to well with it.The retractable part is really slow and is not as good as the Azeca where it has a little more speed and pull to restract the ear piece.The power button, or MFB as it is reference as, Multi-Function Button, have to hold it down for about a second or two before it triggers Cortana (voice digital assistant).
