I had cancer and went through chemo and radiation. I then had major surgery, all of that left me with the driest flaky skin you have ever seen. No amount of lotion, creams or oils seemed to help! This really does help. Of course a few bristles do fall out, Geez it’s gonna happen! I’m definitely glad I bought it! It is relaxing to use, not painful unless you over do it! If it hurts, don’t brush so hard!!
