**Q: will this match Magpul FDE?**
A: No, it's much lighter than Magpul FDE. Brownell's Earth Brown Aluma Hyde II is the closest durable paint match.

**Q: how many cans do you need to do a 10 foot boat, and do you need a clear coat as well or just this?**
A: I have used Rust-Oleum camo paint on just about everything once. It works great for boats, golf carts with long lasting, grilles and bumpers. I would wash the boat with dish detergent (I use dawn). Then lightly sand with 400.  ( I wet sand with 400) Make sure you have no loss paint and fix anything you don't like. Wash again with dish detergent. Let dry good. Then when you are ready to paint wipe everything really good with denatured alcohol. Wipe till it a white rag is clean. Just before you paint use a tack cloth to get lint off.  Then start your paint job. I have use it on grilles of trucks to bumpers with over 2-3 years out in the weather and still looks good. I have used the satin clear coat on some I have done, and you may like the look over the flat of the camo. Hope this help and Rust-Oleum is the best IMO to get the pro camo look I want at a great price and long lasting.

**Q: Can you use this to paint a goalie helmet?**
A: I'm sure you can..I would get the helmet completed and then spray it with couple of coats of clear finish from the same company...It will make the finish last a great deal longer...that's just how I would do it.   But the paint covers real well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Product for Home TV/Ham Tower and Antennas

My application was to restore Rohn 25 tower sections, and antennas. The tower sections were stored for 12 years, and although never in the weather, there was some small rust spots, mainly in joints or cross-members. The antennas had been up since 1997, and were in good physical shape except for the the Fiberglass housing becoming rough and pitted. After cleaning and degreasing, they were sprayed with Universal Bonding Primer, Gray 330491, 12-ounce spray. Then I applied Rust-Oleum 1920830-6PK Specialty Camouflage Spray Paint. Other colors of 5-color camo were added later. I wanted the tower in camo so from the street it was not "obvious" that I had a ham radio station by blending into the tree line behind the house. The job turned out perfect, better than I thought! Antennas painted included Cushcraft A3S, Arrian 6-meter beam, several fiberglass and aluminum verticals, and baluns on wire antennas. The primer and paint did not affect the performance of the antenna, nor SWR. It made the fiberglass portion smooth to the touch. I'm VERY satisfied with the product support and quality.
