The replacement arrived within a couple of days and has worked flawlessly since then. I call that great customer support! I actually sent it back once thinking there was something wrong with the receiver, but alas it was the cans themselves. I use these while sitting across from my TV in my front room to not annoy my neighbors during my late-night Netflix binges. They were running off a Bluetooth dongle attached to a computer that feeds into my TV, 'cause that's how I roll apparently. I can't be more than six feet away. Though it didn't connect it seemed like the signal. Was coming from Mars because the breakup in the sound was terrible. I tried it on a few different devices just to be sure it wasn't my setup. Low and behold anytime I got further away than 2 feet from whatever device it was connected to the signal brokeup and the headphones were unusable. The replacement pair had the same issue.
