It comes with 4 zippered pillow shams-two are one size fits all pillows? Too big for twin pillows and will not fit fluffy queen pillows. They will work best with squishy queen pillows. I purchased 20” square pillow inserts from Amazon to fit in the two square shams. Really nice set for the price.
