I spent about 15 seconds spraying around the bottom perimeter, let it dry for a day, and it was sealed.Seeing how well it worked and how simple it was to use, I am glad to now have it on hand because I'm sure it will be useful in the future for other household fixes.Note that it comes out in a thickish narrow stream, not a wide spray.
