**Q: How are the fruit packaged in the box? With dry ice or something to get them cold?**
A: They usually are wrapped or have tissue paper between them, then with bubble wrap on top and bottom. No dry ice, as it would burn the fruit.

**Q: Is the fruit guaranteed fresh? Where do you ship from?**
A: We ship from South Florida. All our deliveries are 100% guaranteed. If fruit does not arrive in good condition we will refund in full or reship.

**Q: What fruits are there right now? and is it possible i could get mangosteen? it’s something i’ve always wanted to try.**
A: It's seasonal so it just depends. My experience was I got more typical/ available than exotic. I did get 2 mangosteens  but they were not very fresh or big...I was a bit disappointed. I got ramputans, dragon fruit, mamey, and I believe prickly pear and mangosteen.

**Q: what exactly  are you shipping now?in november?**
A: Same here. Rotten and cut up fruit and no refund option

the fruit was horrible it was way past ripe, some of it had already began to ROT and they threw in bigger more common fruit to make weight , i was very disappointed and would actually like a refund or a better shipment, i have dated pictures to prove this statement. I would not order again unless this is corrected.
