After I stop taking the progesterone all my ugly symptoms can back. Night sweats, unable to sleep at night, hot flashes, and acne. I tried a few products that did nothing to stop this. I started online research to find a natural product to regulate my hormones without horrible side effects and ran across DIM. I read reviews of other women experiencing some of the same perimenopausal systems that stated it really worked for them. I tried it. I am almost on my third bottle and I can say it worked for me. A: Look up the my review.  My free testosterone went from 4.9 to 9.5. My regular went from  the 300s to 486. I hope this helps.

This product has a very strong smell and taste, almost equivalent to broccoli but I love love love this product. It is easy to swallow and helps regulate my moods, it also helps with my hormone levels. I've also noticed a change in my body's appearance,I heard that some weight is caused by an imbalance in hormones and that may have been altered by keeping my estrogen levels consistent with this product. I do work out but I've noticed my stubborn love handles have smoothed out and are more shapely now!
