I received my package between the time listed, the case was not broken and it works very well. The buttons are not to hard to push but yet still very protective the design looks neat it doesn't look cheap and it feels good in my hand its not too bulky. Perhaps the reliability of the product is not consistent and some folks are getting poorly made ones. So far, I am very satisfied with mine - and I do not take reliability/workmanship of a product lightly.
