When the other day, I was cleaning the tub after I had rinsed off my hair dye and all this dye kept dripping out of it. OR so I thought....duh nuh nuhhhhhh! Anyway used it a cuople more days after and it still happened so IO was trying to extend it further to see if I could see where it had pooled. Couldnt open it so went to the website to see if there were directions that I was missing. And I happened to see a review that mentioned to dry it after use cause it could rust. I went to open it again and was able to somehow and all this brown gunky water dribbled out. and sure enough i saw some rust lines. I It was really gross. Ive been pulling it out ,more and more and cleaning out more rusty water. Called the company, theyre replacing it for me. And they said to store it right side up. I had stored upside down so it woudlnt get the little corner of carpet by my bathroom all wet. But now ILl jsut store it right side up resting on some plastic. So moral of the story is store it right side up. BUT that being said, it shouldnt rust if you do it wrong! BTW I loved the scrubbing power it was great not having to bend when cleaning the tub and gave my knees a break!
