It's actually quieter than my old tank type water heaters! So far, I love it - and the amount of hot water is excellent! Minor complaint - the installation manual could use a re-write, as it doesn't even mention exhaust pipe diameter - or length/bends limitations, and generally needs organized. The folks at EZ Tankless are glad to help, though! Note: for any tankless, a water thermal pre-warm would be a good addition - because temperature change is RAPID!! (cold... cold... No one has shown that they had a problem with these yet so I am going to update after dealing with the issue. Over the weekend so boiling water and part of that is my fault but never thought there would be a problem. Will update after next week.So talked to ez this morning and they got me straightened out in 5 minutes. They had connected a wire with ong but was an easy fix works great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Easy install *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2019* Easy install, note that all of the connections are 3/4 IP so you may need some adapters. This system is in a vacation cabin and replaced a BOSCH system. Over sized for the needs but wanted to be able to fill the hot tube from it if need be. LED really has too much info on it and I would rather that it save that energy.The BOSCH was a battery ignition and those seem to be unable to get as indoor units. To power this unit we used a 100W solar panel feeding a battery style generator with true Sine wave technology.Noted to manufacturer that it would be nice to have three sizes of the custom exhaust piping because this was a bit too long but I will live with it, though I worry a bit about snow load. I suggest when you install the exhaust that you put it at a slightly downward angle to prevent water from coming into the heater and that you foil tape the tar out of it.
