**Q: Any idea of how to unstick the sticky thing that holds it on? My grandson was trying to help and installed it crooked and too high!**

Try a hair dryer, the adhesive will melt at high heat.

A: Sorry, it can't be cut shorter,but you can adjust the installation position

**Q: I needed a twelve oz holder**
A: It can suit for it

**Q: Can this dispenser hold 16 oz plastic cups?**
A: 16 oz?  No way.   I bought it to use with 3 oz cups but it wasn't suited for that.  The cups kept falling out.  I switched to 5 oz.  cups and it works fine with those.  My guess is it could probably hold cups a little larger than 5 oz., but not having tried it, I don't know exactly how much larger it can hold.

The adhesive on this came undone from our water cooler, but I was able to stick it to our counter and it has stayed put.  Cheapest cup hold I could find, I would buy again.

I considered giving it 4 stars because I can imagine a better cup dispenser, but gave it 5 because, after searching extensively, I don't see anything better than it on the market for residential purposes.Contrary to what a previous reviewer said, it does come with a magnet.  And it's a good strong magnet, which I've used to attach the dispenser securely to the front of my refrigerator.  It also comes with a screw plate in case you want to screw it onto a cabinet or something.I bought it to use with 3 oz. cups.  It's not really suitable for that.  Every time you grab one 3 oz cup, several more fall out.  I switched to 5 oz cups and so far it works fine with those.  It looks like it could hold something a little bigger than 5 oz. cups, but I haven't tried it so I don't know that for certain.
