Review: Always GREAT shipping from Jameco--just couldn't match a pair. - Ugh so here it goes...........I love buying from Jeameco--fast shipping and really awesome packing--prices are really good and I wonder if it's because they are selling overstock or something but I could not match a single pair of these FETS. I don't buy dual FETS due to thermionic emissions which places two FETS so close that it defeats the purpose of dual FETS used to regulate and prevent thermionic stray emissions which FETS are very susceptible to losing their stability under heated applications. I like the air flow between FETS. Typically I can match FETS close enough to allow the use of one as a Voltage stabilizer in a follower design--these were really quite all over the place. LOL I didn't notice the brand but as individuals they'd work as they should and since you don't bias a FET (typically) in dual applications matching is quite essential for stability. I'd keep them for non-heat or higher temperature applications and trust them but I was miffed to find out of 10 I couldn't match a set of two.
