My old sealed beam headlights were terrible. 7 inch conventional bulbs just don't put out the amount of light that newer headlight technology does. These are a direct replacement for the Jeep JK as well as my old Ford truck. First off, they put out a fantastic amount of light, especially in comparison to what I'm accustomed to. They also put far less load on my battery and alternator, leaving my gauge cluster more brightly illuminated than before. It came with everything I needed to install the bulbs, including a led controller so the lights don't flicker. Tip for guys using these on old Ford trucks: In order to have the Halo/Angel Eyes as daytime running lights, you will have to directly wire them to the ACC post on your starter solenoid. If you want the turn indicators to work, you will have to splice them directly into the existing wiring. It will take a bit of time to position everything the way you want it, but I feel like it is well worth it for the added visibility. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great BRIGHT Lamps *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2020* These are BRIGHT. Fit right in. No adapters needed for my application in an older vehicle. Only issue is that the headlight retaining rings are a tight fit and spinning it into the screws is difficult. I would suggest removing the three retaining screws and placing the ring properly before putting the screws through the slots into their threaded sockets.
