Im looking 4machine tha can mak atleast 1k ofgumy ada** A: depends on the molds, we can make about 850 per day of the larger 10ml gummies, we can also make about 2k per day of the 3.5 ml gummies. There are also extra nozzles available it comes with six but can hold 8. We didnt buy the extra ones yet but we will soon. there is also a larger hopper that you can buy with this that has a double size capacity. **Q: How do thr side panels heat up? Or are they just insulation?** A: 2 panels are insulated, 2 panel are heated **Q: What is the suggested holding temp for hard candy? I don’t want my flavors to go bitter and I want my sugar (cooked to 290F to stay clear)** A: For Hard Candy we recommend to setup the control unit between 266 and 285F depending on the type and ratio of sugar used. You need to cook your hard candy at 300F or it won't be properly cooked and will loose it's shape shortly after setting up. Also, make sure to keep the hard candy temperature above 270F prior you transfer it to the container or inconsistencies might happen due to the viscosity being too high. **Q: Do you make different molds for this machine** A: Yes we have about 30 different shapes .... see us online but also on amazon .
