We had to grind down the fitting with a knife because no stores had the exact right size. After finally getting This installed, it looked great. Now just a month later it is extremely stiff and appears to be separating at the joints. I do t k ow who to contact or how to contact them. It is almost completely lifted and is so stiff you cannot even move the filler to use it. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be replacing it within a few months!What a pain in the @$$ to install. Had to wrap the coupling in a ton of teflon tape to get it to stop leaking. I think this would have been an issue with any potfill we installed just because of how they get installed. The depth off the tile has to perfect or it either wont seal or the cover bracket sticks off the wall. It is not worth it.
