I purchased this brand thinking that it would be a good substitute for another that was unavailable at the moment. Initially when eating, it was fine; afterwards, there is [like others have commented] aftertaste that I personally could not get past. Is it perhaps the 'soy flour'? There is a slight graininess to it.I threw it out halfway of the canister.
