At first, I thought it will be costly but it was not the price is reasonable for 3 in 1 systemWe like the shower system; it looks very elegant for our new bathroom. The temperature displays would help to adjust the right temp. while in shower.The customer service is awesome. I gave 5 stars for the services; for some reason, the handheld shower hose was missing in the box but we got it replaced right away after we emailed the seller.We would recommend this Derpra Luxury Shower System to anyone like 3 in 1 system: shower head, faucet and handheld shower. ### ⭐⭐ Not for a bathtub *by C***O on April 15, 2019* I was really excited to receive this shower system for my bathroom remodel, and had my plumber re-configure the plumbing to accommodate. However, this is NOT designed for a bathtub type of shower. Well, that is, unless you feel like reading an entire novel while your tub fills. Because the water has to go first up to the control piece, the water pressure is drastically reduced. Even if you don't need to use your tub, your shower wouldn't pass an inspection if you ever wanted to sell your house, because it only fills about a gallon per minute. So, I had to disassemble it (which cost me another $200 in plumber fees). I tried to contact the company, but they are located in China and they said they had no one available who could speak English. They take 24 hours to return each email, which was super annoying. And they seemed more concerned with a review I might write vs. getting my problem resolved. Very frustrating. ### ⭐ Don’t buy for long term use *by D***D on April 29, 2019* After reading numerous reviews, researching units for my new reno, I settled on this unit with high expectations....only to get a call from my plumber stating that I will need a door in the back of the shower wall if I don’t want to rip out the tile every time it fails, which in his experience these items do fail every couple of years. That being said, it’s past the return date, so I’m stuck with a 250.00 mistake.I forwarded the comments and solutions from other reviewers. I’m hoping we can salvage some parts or use it in the other bathroom where a “catch door” can be installed without ruining the house.Love the look, idea and concept very disappointed in the execution of the manufacturing and false launch of a product that should have had better quality control.Lesson learned.
