Expiration date : Separately marked day How to keep : Refrigerated storage Ingredients : Soybean 75%, Mono maple sap 20%, Bay salt 4%, Red pepper seed powder 1% Description : 100% Mono Maple Doenjang is made from mono maple sap instead of water. It made in the Jirisan National Park, the clean area of South Korea, located at an altitude of 600 meters. It can not be manufactured without the accumulated know-how because the sap itself is expensive and the natural minerals and sucrose components contained in the sap are fermented. Certification : - HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) by the Korean Government (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) - MS CERT by ISO 22000(the International Organization for Standardization dealing with food safety) Notice : Traditional fermented foods may occasionally cause white fungus, but this is the reason that beneficial fermenting bacteria are alive and healthy.

This is nice and stinky the way a real man likes it. Its classy, too. For use in the recipes. Personally, I like adding a teaspoon or so in my ramen's, curries and croc pot's to add character and some OO-mommy (umami). You're welcome.
