**Q: What is the imprint size?**
A: Mine is 0.75 in by 2 in

**Q: How do you refill the stamp?**
A: The self inking stamp has a cartridge that's interchangeable with different color ink cartridges, so I would think you could order another extra cartridge in the color you prefer as a backup, and install it when the signature quality starts to diminish.

**Q: Will I be notified if the picture/signature I sent will not yield a good stamp? Stamp ink refillable?**
A: Yes they will contact you

**Q: Is it possible to not re-size the signature to fit the stamp, but rather keep the original size of the signature?**
A: I believe so. The size I submitted was the size I received.

Spot on, my stamp arrived today well ahead of schedule. Very easy to use simply place then push down on the stamp. When I placed my order I was instructed to use a felt tip pen. The stamp mimics my signature using a felt tip pen. Same thickness as when I used the pen. I’m extremely happy with this purchase it will definitely save me from having to sign all the forms that come across my desk. Before purchasing I noticed some complaints regarding placing the stamp on signature lines. To align the stamp wit a signature line I was able to get it spot on after 2 attempts. My signature on the stamp is medium sized signature. Overall I’m happy with the quality of this stamp.
