And Amazon started with books. This book arrived damaged, so I returned/reordered. The second books spine has shown up super damaged also. Both arrived in padded envelopes. Maybe a box would have worked a lot better?! Either way, I’m settling on the LEAST damaged book and will return the other. Great book.
