HP Product support concluded it was a hardware problem, so I sent it back. The new one had the same problem. After 3 hours on the phone and allowing HP technicians to take over my computer and download heaven knows what, they could not make it work & gave up. It works on a (very old) computer running Windows XP, BUT NOT ON WINDOWS 7. SLOOOOOOOW! The box does good work but you need patience.Now the bad:Documentation is non-existent and the software to operate this device requires a Bletchley Park effort to deduce the mysterious inner workings of the deranged software genius's (Asian?) mind that HP hired to write this application.
