I have Raynaud's disease and my finger get deep fishers on each side of my finger nail. That combined with the pain I experience just touching my finger nail beds is enough to make me suffer greatly. Started putting this on my finger tips every night and so far it has worked quite well. My fingers were trying their best to split open. If they do I just make sure to apply this a few more times during the day and it greatly relieves the pain. I love to crochet and the yarn can really dry out one's hands. This has also helped with this as well. It's silky to the touch, non greasy and soaks in quite quickly. Another nice thing is that a little goes a long way. It really doesn't take much so don't be scared off by the small tube.
