Shipping was quick but obviously by the lowest bidder. All the boxes come on an odd sized pallet and took the driver over an hour to figure out how to get it off the truck.Now we get into being handy with tools. Several places where fasteners go, indicated on the instruction manual for the bed and side cabinets, the holes were not drilled, you will need to break out your tape measure and square and mark and drill holes where they are suppose to be. That process added about 2 hours to the install. Several screws were missing from packaging, took the instruction book info for size and length and picked them at the hardware store.Will most likely NOT buy a Bestar product again, if you like a challenge and try to save some money get it.
