Many heat settings. Excellent product so far! *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2019* I really like this heat gun. I only used it once but it works well so far. This is the first one I've had so I can't say how it would compare to others but so far it seems to have a lot of good points. First, although it's bigger than I would have thought, it's fairly light which is good if you will be holding it for long periods of time. Second, it has the ability to set the temp at lot of different settings due to the dial on the back. Third, It has a very heavy duty cord and it's long enough to be used without an extension cord in most cases. Forth, it has a bunch of tips that can be used for various uses. Fifth, it comes with a flat blade tool and some kind of screw driver which I haven't figured out what it's for yet. Sixth, it has a safety temperature sensor that will shut it down in case of overheating. Seventh, the instructions are excellent, written in clear English.I believe this tool will come in quite handy for a lot of different uses, including changing out screens on my iPad which is what I bought it for, as well as some body work like pulling dents out on a my car. The instructions give plenty of ideas on uses for it. I hope this review is helpful, and I don't know if there are any better deals out there, but I don't think you will be disappointed with this heat gun if you decide to buy it. It includes a bunch of accessories, most I won’t use though. One afterthought is I wish it did have a stand as an accessory so that I could use two hands instead of using one to pull the trigger on this. Its comfortable to use and lightweight which allows long periods of use though. Its not as loud as I thought it would be so no worries there. Temperature on it is adjustable depending on your application need. Its recommended to start low and increase if needed. You will need an extension cord to use this for safety reasons as the cord is very short. The tool gets the job done, and will fit me as a homeowner and its occasional use perfectly and would recommend. I particularly liked the power cord, very strong.The heat gun performed perfectly. I played with the temperature adjustment settings and clocked it with my digital thermometer. It was as advertised.That being said, THE ATTACHMENTS ARE A MUST. The attachments that this heat gun comes with are perfect for use with my wood burning marker. I use my Yome heat gun with my Scorch Marker to create custom wood burned coasters. With the fine point adapter for the heat gun i'm able to apply heat with precision. This is really important. I attached a video of everything in action. As you can see, it heated up quick and provided consistent, very hot heat.If you are looking for good value for your money, i suggest this heat gun.
