Decided to pick up the .1 since the photon FEP is .125, but the package is HORRIBLE! With the film only .1 thick, you should have cardboard sandwiching the sheets (or with all thickness), but there is NO protection! All 4 of my sheets were damaged. Cannot use them, sending back. ### ⭐ Unusable for 3D printing; Not Clear. *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2021* The films have been shipped in a cardboard sleeve only protected by loose sheets of parchment paper. No protective film actually attached to the FEP.The FEP films themselves were covered in micro scratches and had mysterious parallel lines running all through them.They are far from being the glass clear I'd expect from FEP films (had a somewhat milky look on top of the scratches and lines) and resulted in several failed prints. I managed to get ONE semi-successful print out of these and that was a struggle.I recommend everyone avoid this brand in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's all in the tension. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 5, 2020* Purchased 0.1 sheets for my Anycubic Photon S printer.One thing to keep in mind is proper tension.I wasted the first 1/2 sheet by putting way too much tension on final install step.I found if you use the large bottle cap method to prep the frame and then evenly screw frame into tray you should get an approximate frequency of 300 to 325 Hz when tapping it gently. This seems to be the sweet spot.If you get suction issues, place small pieces of cellophane tape spaced along the long side of glass and tray but in the dark areas outside of the print area.I've been printing nearly full bed prints for weeks without any puckering or other damage.It also helps that I slowed the lift speed to 1mm/s instead of default 3mm/s for the first 3 layers. Afterward the default speed was fine.Excellent quality but recommend that seller use slightly thicker cardboard for transport.
