I liked the fact that they were one piece. Within the packaging there was a note to seek out proper care and use instructions - actually, it said "See The 5 No's in Using". I took it seriously and looked for these instructions which were not inside the box or on the box. That is annoying - Let's make it really difficult to use the product you just bought. Looking closer, you have to go to the web site for the instructions, so I did and did not find them. Finally got some help from the customer service and the emailed them to me. This was all very annoying to me. Tell me what is important and let me get on with it. I learned that there is a steel post in the handle to make them strong. That is nice. After using the spatulas, I am not impressed. The only one I like is the one that doubles as a spoon. The actual spatulas are too stiff to really clean out a bowl/pan. Further, they absorbed the smell and flavor of the onions and peppers. Frosting some cupcakes made me wary. I would not buy these $20.00 spatulas again.
