Dog poop doesn't stick to it and it is easy to use on gravel, grass and hard surfaces Just make sure the sun has a little while to "pre bake" the waste so it is not too fresh. **Q: Would this work for human poop?**
A: It depends. If, for instance it's one of those South Park type situations and you've puked up a bunch of crap after eating with your bottom, it's not going to work so well due to the extraordinary amount of mucous required to eject feces orally in an effective manner. Simply put, the lack of viscosity alone would render the poop frictionless, and picking it up would, despite Herculean efforts, be in vain. If, however, a person has expelled as Nature intended, even with the happy effects of laxatives, scooping will render the pooped upon surface with the mildest of smears. Lest the smear go to waste, one should always feel more than free to imbibe orally in order to rectally render a commensurate amount of edible. Bon appetit!

**Q: Can you use plastic grocery bags with this?**
A: We do recommend you use the A&H swivel bin waste bags as these were designed for this product, however you can use a grocery bag if you choose.

**Q: How firm is the rake?**
A: I bought this in Jan 2021.   The rake lasted until today.    Great product - would recommend!

Very well build, works better than expected The shape of the rake is just right. Dog poop doesn't stick to it and it is easy to use on gravel, grass and hard surfaces Just make sure the sun has a little while to "pre bake" the waste so it is not too fresh. The tools is well build and ergonomic to use. We have 4 dogs from 15Lb all the way up to 105Lb and it works perfectly for them.

Although the materials seem a little fragile - almost like a kid's toy, it's worked okay with near daily use for 2 weeks. Of course, it works best on drier poop, but does an okay job on the looser poop, too. I found the bags nearly impossible to use as I couldn't get them to stay in place, so I've been using it without a bag and doing a quick rinse after.

I recently purchased the Armanhammer Dog Poop Picker Upper, and so far, I’m really impressed! The scooper and rake are made of plastic, but they feel sturdy and well-constructed. I just assembled it this morning, so I’ll update the review later for long-term durability, but everything seems solid for now. The design is nice in stores easily upright. You can use the bags that came with or even bags from the grocery store. The best part is that it’s incredibly easy for my kids to use. My 10-year-old was able to pick up dog poop with it with no trouble, and I even attached a video of him using it. The fact that a bag can be added to the scooper means the bucket stays clean, which I really appreciate. To my surprise, my 5-year-old also had no issues using it on his first try. It’s user-friendly and works well for all ages. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend looking for an easy-to-use and effective way to clean up after their dogs. Overall, this has been a great purchase, and I’m happy with it and think it was a okay value if it came with more bags that would’ve made it a five star product
