Iron is better absorbed taken with vitamin C that is added to this chewable. I also like the taste. It doesn’t taste like iron. I’ve not been able to take some supplements due to the intense iron taste will make me nauseous. My stomach handles these very well. No upset at all if I take right after a meal.
