We took a chance and ordered these as the adjuster on the top also helps prevent any dust or other bits/particles from settling in the grind area as on other gravity operated models where the grind area is open and the grind adjuster is inside the grind well - creating an area that flies can land in or bits can settle in, ready to be deposited on your meal when you use the grinders. This set also has a very large, easy to fill & easy view reservoir for the salt & pepper. The stainless steel does not show fingerprints easily and looks terrific. They operate well, are a good size. So far after only a few weeks, the batteries are working like new. Time will tell how they hold up overall but they seem to be well constructed with good materials. So far we love them. Mine work great with Himalayan sea salt and it looks pretty & it’s convenient being able to see how full shakers. The shaker filled with regular black pepper corns doesn’t seem to work as well as far as kind of spewing the pepper further out than salt. Or maybe it’s more noticeable because of black color vs lighter pink of salt. Tho it seems the pepper is more unwieldy. And it’s possible there could be some user error, although the courseness has been adjusted & experimented with... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid.. I did have an issue with one of them working sporadically. The issue was the battery prong was askew and not connecting correctly.
