Well, I didn't get those rings with this banneton. But it did keep my rising loaf from collapsing or spreading sideways like Jabba the Hut before it was time for the oven. Maybe I need to make the lining a bit smaller to see those rings on the bread? I've no idea, but I do really like this proofing basket.It fits well into my plastic cake storage/carrier so my bread can rise in peace without using any plastic wrap that always seems to collapse and stick to my dough.Yay!
