It tastes like burnt Parmesan cheese. It’s not bad but that burnt flavor lingers. I started added it to my salads as a topper and it’s delicious this way. By themselves it’s hard to get past the taste. So easy to add to your lunch bag. I like I don’t have to guess the calorie intake and protein amount.The crunch is amazing if you like eating chips.
